ACT is a therapeutic approach that helps embrace our thoughts and emotions rather than fighting or feeling guilty about them, while also committing to actions that align with our values to create and live a more meaningful life.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences by using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements. It supports the brain in reprocessing memories so they feel less overwhelming, allowing someone to move forward with greater emotional balance and resilience.

Compassion Focused Therapy

CFT is a therapeutic approach that helps us develop self-compassion and emotional resilience by understanding and soothing our inner struggles with kindness rather than self-criticism. This can be particularly helpful with self-esteem, self-acceptance and improve our mood.
